There are two types of people in this world, those that do, and those that don't.

I've been working in the health and fitness industry since 2006, and in that time, I’ve worked with a wide range of population groups.

One trait common to people within all those population groups I've worked with is that there are those who do, and those who don't.

People that do are organised, solution focused, and do the work.

People that don’t are unorganised, problem focused, and don't do the work.

Which one are you?

At Ultimate Conditioning Health and Fitness, I help you become someone that does. Someone that achieves. Someone who does what they say they are going to do.

How do I do this?

I do this by using proven training methods.

I do this by continuing to educate you on the important things, the things that matter, and the things that actually work.

I used to be a sceptic as well. I used to think that there needs to be more to it. That there was a special program or a magic diet.

Well I'll let you in on a little secret… There isn't one.

The magic comes from doing the basics and doing them well. Simplicity is your friend. Consistency will lead to results. Compliance will create habits.

With so much information available to us now, it is so easy to get confused, to over analyse things, and to question the unquestionable.

Before our world became muddled with fad diets, and fake fitness programs, the basics did the job.

If we look back through the years, there have been plenty of people who have lived great lifestyles. People were happy. People were fit. And people looked good. Back then everyone just did the basics. In these days gone by, our lives were much simpler. The process was much simpler.

What is the significance of this? Well I'm here to tell you that the basics still work.
